Error: "Aborting restore. Unable to create object for restore: Microsoft Information Store"

When trying to restore an Exchange 2007 datadabe,  a get the error "Aborting restore. Unable to create object for restore: Microsoft Information Store".  I'm working with Netbackup 7.1.0.3,  running on Windows Server 2008.  Thanks for any help.

What other messages follow?  Possible disk space, permissions, etc.  Not enough information presented above.
