People The real issue was a problems with the NIC on 1 of my media servers.
Backups are running perfects because it's still going trowh my Master Server but on restore, the job are tryng to use another media server. This media server have problems with the NIC. Change the NIC and try the jobs again.... WORKING PERFECT

Before this error, The Job appear like INCOMPLETE and appear a error 5 on status, O check this but dont fix the error.
The NetBackup client service "Log on as" account is required to be a domain account with permissions to write to the UNC path.
On restore target, set the NetBackup client service "Log on as" account to match the current domain account logged into the NetBackup client.

Do you only have a single master/media server in your environment?
Seems NBU thinks that the Storage Unit server is shutdown:
Critical bptm(pid=8100) sts_get_server_prop_byname failed: error 2060023 server is shut down.
How exactly is STU connected? Please post output of:
bpstulist -L

I try the documentation provide by Maheshroja, I set the Restore server from all my media servers to the master server. Dont Work...
I dont retstart the server yet, Duplicates Jobs are running But I gonna do what the documentation said:
Workaround:
Restore data using media server that initiated the backup job. If that is not possible please contact Symantec technical support and refer to Etrack 1162799.
Really I try lot of resources and Continue the error.
I will be post the Sym. Support solution
