Error restoring files using bprestore

Hi,

I am having an issue restoring files using bprestore. I get the error 2813.

I am submitting:

# bprestore -C ndmp.tvnspisl01.ad.bgep.co.uk -D ndmp.tvnspisl01.ad.bgep.co.uk -t 19 -p isilon_URY_segy -s 01/01/2013 -e 12/31/2014 -f /data/scratch/secondsegy.URY

There are 130 files in /data/scratch/secondsegy.URY

From the bprd logs it seems it cannot locate the files, for example:

10:33:26.363 [9364.9364] <8> find_files: No files matched file path /ifs/subsurface/data/URY/segy/UR2007 and UR2008 Wavefield InSeis 2D Seismic Data/uruguay/navandvel_disk_2of2/57342802/uruguay_ph1_2007/velocity_migration/mv_essov2_URUG07-038  with start date 01/01/2013 00:00:00 and end date 12/31/2014 23:59:59

If I run bplist this particular file is located.

bplist -l -b -C ndmp.tvnspisl01.ad.bgep.co.uk -k isilon_URY_segy -t 19 -R -s 01/01/2013 00:00:01 /ifs/subsurface/data/URY/segy

Grabbing the output:

 -rwxrwx--- youngc    20              66374 Sep 20  2013 /ifs/subsurface/data/URY/segy/UR2007 and UR2008 Wavefield InSeis 2D Seismic Data/uruguay/navandvel_disk_2of2/57342802/uruguay_ph1_2007/velocity_migration/mv_essov2_URUG07-038

 Also from the GUI and can select and restore the file.

I cannot see any reason for this. I am sure space names are not an issue as I have used this command previously to restore files with space names.

Please have a look at this TN:

Note, if you have a filename that contains a space, you have to define the line like this.

<number of characters> <path/file>

For example, '/netbackup/testdata/my file' contains 27 characters, so the line would be:   27 /netbackup/testdata/my file

Can you run restore again, but this time using the -L option and show us the output

bprestore
writes informative and error messages to a progress log file if you do the following: create the file before you run the bprestore command and then specify the file with the -L progress_log option. If bprestore cannot restore the requested files or directories, you can use the progress log to find the reason for the failure.
