Error status: 2: none of the requested files were backed up

Hi, we have a client that reported us the following sql backup error:

Status 2 basically tells you that the script sql_full.bch failed.

Besides that my first question would be, has the SQL connection been setup on this client ?

Job details alone is not sufficient. Please give all relevant details.
NBU version on Master, media server and client
OS and version on Master, media server and client
SQL version on client

Is this a new client that has never worked before?
Or has this worked before? If so, what has changed?

Have you tried to run the script on the client? What is the result?

Have you created any logs on the client? Such as bphdb and dbclient?
And bprd on the master?
