Hello all,
I am almost crazy, because I can't to make a backup for DB2 database on Windows 2008 Server. We configure 2 files:
db2.config
db2_backup_db_offline.cmd
Also we have the I/O library named: nbdb2.dll
We are sending from Netbackup console the backup and we received this error message:

Status 6 is a generic error. Do you have the bphdb log folder on the client? If yes, can you provide the logs present in that folder? If no, create that folder in <install path>\Netbackup\logs, on the affected client, reproduce the error and then send across the logs.

Try to run the db2_backup_db_offline.cmd from a administrative command prompt, it might give output about what the problem is. My personal guess is that the db2 database does not shuts down properly for the offline backup

I found the following in an older version of NBU for DB2 manual:
Message (from DB2):
SQL2071N An error occurred while accessing the shared library
“C:\incorrect\path\nbdb2.dll”. Reason code: “1”.
Cause:
The vendor library cannot be found or accessed.
Action:
Verify that the correct path is specified, and that the vendor library exists and has
the correct file access permissions
Please verify that your user id (and NBU Client Service logon account) have local admin rights.
When opening cmd, do it with right-click, run as Administrator.
PS:
Please try to copy text in future rather than taking screenshots.
*** EDIT ****
One more thing - have you created log folders under install_path\NetBackup\logs\ as per the manual?
e.g.
bphdb
dbclient
bpdb2
Were any log files created in any of these folders?
bphdb will only be written to when backup is initiated from the master.
If so, please copy logs to reflect process name (e.g. bpdb2.txt) and upload as File attachments.

In addition to Mariannes suggestion, I would also look in the db2 databases logs
I am not familar with db2, but seems to me that screen shot is lacking a shutdown command of some kind for a offline backup
