apply the update from version 8.1.2 to 8.3.0.2 on one of our CloudCatalyst but the SPAD service does not come up and shows the following error:
/usr/openv/pdde/pdcr/bin/crcontrol --dsstat
Error: -1: failed to load chksum file /msdpc/storage/var/keys/auth.key: open file /msdpc/storage/var/keys/auth.key failed.
Error: -1: can't get authentication key for type(0).
Error: 22:

Reason : decrypt password failed.
When executing a backup it shows the following:

@Aldair_94_nm Can you confirm if the upgrade was successful and no errors observed ?
it seems credentials are a mess. Try updating credentials using "tpconfig" command.
