Error when trying to delete BMR client

VAM

Hi, all!

I got  error when trying to delete BMR client through bmrs. Command output is:

...\bin>bmrs -operation delete -resource client -name 5lcrptniirr-v.mydomain.ex  -force

V-128-749 Operation failed due to network problem.

[Error] V-123-49 Operation failed.

GUI also can't to do this, while creating and deletion of new config within every BMR client is working well.

Also attached log for oid=119 (levels=6 for debug and diagnostic)

We work in NBU 7.6.1.2 environment. BMR master resided on NBU master.

OS:

NBU master = BMR  master W2008R2 64b

boot server = W2012 64b

Please help to solve this problem.

Regards, Vlad.

Where are you trying the command? Master or boot server? Did you open cmd with 'Run as Administrator'?

PS:

You have not attached any logs to this or other post.

Hi!
I run it from NBU master. Then I copyed and run it from boot server as was adviced  (initially it is not installed there). The result was the same. In both cases it was opened from Admin account in 'Run as Administrator' mode. The result on boot server console  was the same. But I can receive list of clients by "bmrs -operation list -resource Client", so in some cases  bmrs.exe is functional.
Sorry to say, the log was lost then this topic was submitted because it has ".log" extention. Forum engine ate it and I can't  find how to correct this. Now log file is attached to this post.

Thank you for reply.

The log file attached is of bmrs process.

Could you please attach the bmrd process log?
