ERROR:   Missing required server files in /var/tmp/NBU_CLT_patch:

I have installed NBU media server software in RHEL6.3.

As per the error message, you need the Server patch as well:

NB_7.5.0.6.linuxR_x86.tar provides fixes for NetBackup 7.5 master and media servers on x64 RedHat Enterprise Linux.

At first I thought I should separated CLT patche and Server patch in different directories and I was trying to install Client patch which was located in /var/tmp/NBU_CLT_patch I made and then I got errors.
After I received your adivice I moved server patch files for RedHat into CLT_patch directories(/var/tmp/NBU_CLT_patch).

I run /bin/sh NB_update.install in /var/tmp/NBU_CLT_patch and found It has successfully completed.

I have an additional question. When I installed those patches I was asked to chose about pack name and I put CLT first.
After that I was asked the same question again. I put 'NB_7.5.0.6' at that time and I got message bellow.

Pack NB_CLT_7.5.0.6 has been previously installed.

What does that mean? Can I think NBU Client patch and NBU Server Patch has been installed already?

I attached installing logs just in case.
I deeply appreciate your advice and kindness.

Thank you

Look thru' your install log - you will see step by step that both are installed when you do the CLT.

There are 2 packs available in /var/tmp/NBU_CLT_patch:
(* denotes installed pack)

        NB_7.5.0.6
        NB_CLT_7.5.0.6

Enter pack name (or q) [q]: NB_CLT_7.5.0.6

Pack NB_CLT_7.5.0.6 co-requires the following pack level(s) :
         NB_7.5.0.6.

Installs NB_CLT_7.5.0.6 then directly after (without interaction) NB_7.5.0.6, so when you come to try the next one:

There are 2 packs available in /var/tmp/NBU_CLT_patch:
(* denotes installed pack)

        NB_7.5.0.6 *
        NB_CLT_7.5.0.6 *

Enter pack name (or q) [q]: NB_7.5.0.6

Pack NB_7.5.0.6 has been previously installed.
It must be uninstalled before it can be reinstalled.

As you have found out, the server and client patch needs to be in the same folder.

It really does not matter which one you choose first - If you choose the server patch, you will see a message that the Client patch needs to be installed first. The script will the go ahead and install the client patch, followed by the server patch.
If you choose the client patch, it will be installed followed by the server patch.

The "*" tells you that both patches have been installed.

You should now see that the following files reflect 7.5.0.6:
/usr/openv/netbackup/version     (Server patch)
/usr/openv/netbackup/bin/version     (Client patch)
