Error with a NDMP restore - the restore failed to recover the requested files(5)

Good day,
 I try to restore some files from a NDMP backup but I have this kind of error message:

I’ve tried to proceed with some topics found on this forum but without success…
Has anyone an idea of what going on? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
 
Our config:
Master Server: NetBackup v7.0 – Windows Server 2003 Standard Edition
Media Server: NetBackup v7.0 – RedHat Enterprise Linux 5.4 x64
NDMP host gvafiler05 NetApp (ONTAP 7.3.1p1)

restore to a Windows client "removing rename file C:\Program Files\VERIT........"

It has to be restored back to the filer.

As Andy said, it has to be restored to a filer.  Actually, it can be *any* filer, as long as it's the same OS.  In other words, if you backup via NDMP from a NetApp filer, you can restore via NDMP to any other NetApp filer but can not restore via NDMP to an EMC device.
