NBU 7.1
All servers involved - 2008R2
Exchange 2010 SP2 RU3
I'm trying to backup my DAG, which consists of 3 nodes: HQExch1, HQExch2, HQExch3. The Virtual DAG name is DFGDAG1. I've gone through the pre-req documents and to the best of my knowledge, I've met the requirements.
Here's my policy:

Can you refer this video
https://www-secure.symantec.com/connect/videos/exchange-2010-sp2-grt-netbackup-75
also read the transcript which has all the required permission for ex2k10.
it's silent video
In guide this permission were mentioned for GRT only. But to my personal experience this apply to NON GRT as well. Even many time symantec support have recommended to us to follow this permissions.
Check if it helps
Also Incraese verbosity of client and make sure bpresolver, bpfis and bpbkar are created under logs

Change the NetBackup client service logon account from LocalSystem to a Domain Administrator which is a member of the local administrator and Exchange 2010 Management role groups

I've done that. That part was in the pre-req documents that I went through. The account I'm using is a member of:
Domain Admins
Builtin\Administrators
Domain Users
Organization Management
Builtin\Users
This account is also applied to the following services, based on a video from another thread here:
Netbackup Client Service
Netbackup Legacy Client Service
Netbackup Legacy Network Service
These settings are on all 3 of the nodes of the DAG. Do they need to be on the master/media also?

Speed,
Are you really talking about the Domain Controllers in your transcript? Or do you mean the Exchange Servers? It doesn't make sense if you're really meaning the domain controllers.
By the way, that video and transcript are part of the documentation I was talking about above.

Joe, it's for Exchange itself, i'll update the transcript. Thanx for spot. But did it helped?

Your video/document is what I was using before. However, I have gone through it again, just to make sure I was ok. From what I can tell, I am, except for the No.Restrictions file? I didn't see you do that in the video, but it's listed in the document. What is that, is it needed, and what should the filename/type be?
But, your video is based on backing up a standalone server. I'm trying to backup a DAG. Which is what I've shown above, when I pasted in my policy. Do you see anything wrong in the policy I created?

I got the backup working. I had originally had the backup pointing to the passive copy only, and it wasn't working. Once I pointed to the active copy, the backup went off.
Testing restore next, but I'll open a new thread if I need to on that one.
Thanks for the help Speed.
