Exchange 2013 GRT Restore failed

I am using Netbackup 8.0 version. exchange 2013 DAG making. When I want to restore from granular backup, I get the following error. How can I solve this problem.

The advice in the knowlegebase article has been out-of-date since NetBackup 7.6.0.3. The cause is correct but the solution was superseded when we needed to ask for Exchange credentials in the client host properties.

I followed internal links upstream from the article to the customer case. The case note for the resolution says the following resolved the customer problem:

>Updated Exchange admin credentials in NetBackup GUI under client properties

That is what you should do. Keep the NetBackup services executing as LocalSystem unless there is another need to change them.
