Hi all,
When we restore an email from exchange. We are not able to see Turkish characters.
I added two screenshot from one email. 1 is orginal email, other is restored mail. Could you help me about this issue?

As @Marianne said, the screenshots exactly match a problem that we have fixed - if you are on a current Exchange 2016 release. The problem was caused by a schema change in Exchange 2016 CU5. The fix is in NetBackup 8.1.2. There are EEB's available for 8.0 and 8.1.

Please mention all relevant details?
Such as NBU version and OS on NBU server and Exch server
Exchange version.
All of this info is important because there have been fixes over recent years w.r.t special characters in mailboxes.

Added note: The problem is on the restore side. The backup is good. The root issue is the character encoding of the restored message.
