Exchange on VMware with GRT - Archive mailbox name was not gathered successfully

Hi everyone,

I run a VMware backup job for Exchange server with GRT. The job still running

Hi Tuan,

Try below steps:

In the NetBackup Administration Console, expand NetBackup Management > Host Properties.

Select Clients

View the Properties of Exchange Server (All Mailbox Servers and CAS Server)

Expand Windows Client, Click on Exchange

Under Exchange Credentials enter the User Name and Password of account that has rights for Exchange GRT Backups. This would be the same Credentials which the Netbackup Client Service uses on Mailbox Servers.

The warning pretty much tells you what to do. I would at this point involve the Exchange admin who should be able to provide input for both of the suggestions.
