From where you extract this? No heading, so I can only guess, third column may be policy name.

Please post more about these backup images - other columns, and output of "bpimagelist -backupid backup_id".

Is this sorted by Expiration Date? Please sort by Backup ID, and show us other columns like 'Retention Period' & 'Fragment'.

Looking the same report in my lab, TIR fragment has no expiration date. I expext that you have multiple line for same backup ID, and the line in question is TIR fragment.
