Hi
I am Facing problem with Oracle client while Upgrade to 6.5.3.It give Oraclesbt.dll not found error.

Do you see orasbt.dll in C:\windows\system32?
Try reinstalling the patch.
Installation on oracle is fairly simple on windows platform
