Hi dear all,
recently I've got some status 84 for backups on tape library (Scalar i6000), job detail show "cannor write image on media ID xxxx drive index 4, input/output error" also in tape console for xxx media I see this error "Data cartridge xxx has issued a tape alert 4" and then media status chnaged to frozen.
PS. I got this error even for a media added to library recently and first backup.
