I have often seen over the years that there is a change in NBU hostname lookup after an upgrade.
Please have a look at the posts under 'Related Discussions'. Some of those have links to my own experience with status 811.

I have checked all your post regarding error 811.
What is the change in hostname lookup after an upgrade?
It is for all media Servers, not for any specific media servers.
And there is no issue with nbu 8.0 by using the same media server.

I hear what you are saying - I cannot say what exactly changes across NBU versions w.r.t. hostname lookup.
All I'm saying is that I have seen in my 20 years with NBU that certain things start to fail after an upgrade (not always).
What I do in situations like that is to troubleshoot as if it is a new installation that has never worked before.
