I verify the images and ok not errors in this process

the error is when run restore.

Please send more information about this problem? What type restore did you want to do?

I saw this error message from detailed status:

Did you check the communication between media-client?

the server is a master server not media server

the restoring are files .gz of rman

linux red hat 7 server

the restoring is in the master server not in otrher server

It seems Client Read Timeout is at the default of 5 minutes:

bpbrm timed out after 5 minutes as the .gz files are probably quite large and did not receive comms update within 5 mins.
Increase Client Read timeout to 1800 and retry the restore.

Host Properties -> Media Server
Select Server name.
Timeouts -> Client Read Timeout.

The default is 300 (5 minutes).
Change to 1800
Click OK.

No need to restart services.
