Failed to lookup VxUL message catalog after 7.7.3 to 8.2 upgrade

Hello,

After an upgrade of master, media and client from 7.7.3 to 8.2 backups are running correctely but when i try to restore from all client from the java console (BAR) i have this error "Failed to lookup VxUL message catalog". 

I checked this thread "https://vox.veritas.com/t5/NetBackup/Netbackup-Backup-Archive-and-Restore/m-p/876785" but the L10nLib and L10nResourceDir seems correct. 

When i try to restore from CLI i've got the following errors:

FAiled to obtain JOB ID

NetBackup Status Code 26 (client/server handshaking failed)

Can someone help please ?

Problem solved with veritas support team. The operating system of the master IS French so installing the FR language pack solved the issue.
