Failed to query database

Hello everyone

When i try a manual backup for backup a full database, i get this error :

I already get backup on the same server for a another instance and is ok.
Can you help me pls ?

I forgot to specify (sorry I do not see any button "editing"): I already have two instances that are on this server, and the backups are running without worries!
