One of our backup vm policy is failling with below status ,can i now how to solve form gui please help me ASAP

I am afride.. why is this limitation.. solivng from GUI.... its not possible..
and to solve and get help from this fourm you need to give more details
1) does this VM ever successfull?
2) what is the Netbackup version and Vcenter version and VM hadware version?
3) what is the error message that you are seeing in Vcenter console at the time of backup failure?

pls share job details and bpfis from backuphost
VM backups generally fails on snapshot due to insufficient space on datastore for snapshots or VM has independent disk or sharing BUS which are not good candidate for snapshots from VM end thus NBU reports the same.
Verify NBU version and vmware are compatible (Refer Compatibility lists)
try to disable quiece in vm policy and check if affected VM is getting backed up.
ensure vmware tools are installed in Guest VM.
check NBU for vmware guide and refer limitations sections if in case above doesn't work....
