I have this recurring problem in some virtual machines;

Netbackup: 10.1
Media Server: Winserver 2019 (ver: 10.1)
Primary/Master: redhat (Flexappliance) ver 10.1

The VM may not have enough disk space - you will need to check the bpbkar log for the same time period to verify. 

If this doesn't help, then you may need to provide additional logs (such as bpbkar, the the bpVMutil & bpVMreq logs from the failure time).

after installing the hotfix, it worked perfectly
