Fetching Storage server error

I have configure Netbackup server and now i create replica server for it . when make trust relationship between them it give me error . Snapshot is also attached. Please guide me

I have three hints:

- use Master Server hostname instead of IP

- Storage Server Name is empty in your screenshot

please add the source master server as an additional server entry on the target master server..In case you are not sure which IP address or name the communication is using, try running “bptestbpcd -host <target_master> -debug -verbose”

Right now probably it will report status 46.. but the command output ir bpcd logs will give you the name or Ip how the communication is happening.. Then add the additional server entry, clear nbu host cache and retry your operations

When masters are on 8.1 version, it couild be also caused by missing "8.1" trust. Establish the trust relationship first with the command:

nbseccmd   -setuptrustedmaster -add ...

Then retry to set your replica Master.
