Start by double checking your restore parameters. Are you using the correct date range, the correct policy type it was backed up under, etc... The next thing you should do is give us more details about your specific problem so we can better understand what might be the problem.
Well Iwent to Backup, Archive and Restore Console and searched for a particular file, I really dont know what I did but I could see the file I wanted to restore and after somo click It was no anymore.
select the source client and the data range and select all the images (color squares) and see if you can get your file, but if the image havent expired yet, then is there, other way this can be a reason of why you cannot see it, which is odd.
