File setuid and setgid not persistent through restoration

The original/backed up file has a persmission of 6774

the restored file ends up with permission 0774

-rwxrwxr--

Is there a way to make setuid and setgid persistent?

Thanks..but i have already found this post... i will double check the facl and uid/gid on the destination client...
