Some of the server have DFS enabled.

Is there anything extra installation needed to configure Flash backup ?
Quick response is highly appreciated. I need to sort it urgently.

You can use Flashbackup to backup DFS data, keep in mind that DFS also consist of staging data when something is being replicated. So Flashbackup will backup the data as it is at the time of the backup.
For Flashbackup, I believe you need the Snapshot Client License which is apart of the Enterprise Client License.

No worries we have capacity based licensing so all features are included.
What should be the backup selection for DFS if using Flash Backup ?

Keep in mind if you are going to use the Flashbackup method it is probable recommended that you have DFS configured using the hub and spoke method.
http://www.petri.co.il/planning-dfs-architecture-part-two.htm
So that you run the backups from one of the spoke servers. That is a server that does not replicate back, it only receives replicated data from the hub.
It is also recommend that you stop the services on the DFS server you are trying to backup so that the DFS Jet DB will be consistent after backup time.
The backup selection would be the drive the DFS data is located in:
\\.\D: <For Example>
