Opscenter has a report call Media state in reprot templetes --> media reprots it will provide you the tape list with media state,
you can generate the report in CSV formate and filter for Frozen tapes.
if you have Opscenter Analytics, you can create a custome report and select tabular report --> media state containts Fozen and create a report to get only Frozen media list.
