Please tell us which NBU version on Master, Media server and all DAG members?

Please also tell the steps that you have followed to config NBU backups and post your policy config.
From cmd on master, run this command:

bppllist <policy-name> -L
(command is in <install-path>\veritas\netbackup\bin\admincmd).

Ensure bpfis and bpbkar log folders exists on all nodes.
