Full VADP server restoration no the file level restore

Can anyone help me the steps How to restore full VADP(VMware) server From Disk backups to Tape. not the file level restore.

I have noticed tthat nobody has answered you in over a month. 

We simply don't understand what you mean with 'restore from disk to tape'. 

You can duplicate a disk backup to tape. 

If you want to restore a full VM, you perform a restore to same or different ESX host.
