Have create the idea GEN_DATA for windows:

Is no-one else going to vote for the idea?

I know it's generally held that the "Idea" section does not get listenned to - but then maybe we're our own worst... if we don't vote for ideas, then it's just even more likely that we won't get the features that we want.  :(

The problem is that Product Management will only listen when it's coming from the Large Enterprise Accounts or platinum partners...  I remember the days of being lambasted over iSCSI support, or more Windows support in the early to mid-2000's within NBU.  Only to be laughed at, that unix is supreme, and Sun servers are untouchable when it comes to performance.  It was defeating to work there and ask for product enhancements.
