I'am trying to run directive on Basic Disk.

Nothing is mentioned how to used them on Dedup Percentage on Basic Disk.

Basic disk has no deduplication capabilities whatsoever. Separate license is required for dedupe and needs special config.

See:
NBU Deduplication Guide  http://www.symantec.com/docs/DOC3657
NBU Deduplication: Additional Info  http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH77575

DD = Data Domain    (not sure if this is what is referred to in the TN)

PDDO = PureDisk Deduplication Option

PDDE = PureDisk Deduplication Engine      (associated with Media Server Dedupe)
