Getting error while creating vmware policy for netbackup linux clients

Hello Everyone.

I am getting error while creating VMware policy types for Netbackup linux clients

Netbackup master server  - Solaris 10 - 7.6

Vmware backup access host - Media server - RHEL 6 -7.6

Linux VM- RHEL 5

Error is

"Unable to find the Virtual machine"

are you browsing and selecting the VM, or enterring the name? if you are just enterring the name , please do not do that, 

always browse and select the VM that requires to backup.

I am browsing virtual machine and then adding it.

Do i need to install SYM quisec utility on linux host to back them up.

as per Ram's Recommedation try to add this client (reflected in Error Message) by browsing.

SymQuisce is used to quiesce the Linux Machines for taking its snapshots.
