Getting lots of "Unable to load localization resource for the requested language" in unified logs

Have NetBackup 8.0 installed on non-production Windows 2012 system. Set Unified Logging to 5 for nbpem, nbjm, etc. for some testing, and noticed that all the VxUL messages have this "Unable to load localization resource for the requested language" message embedded in it:

Example nbpem messages:

3/28/2017 19:04:32.843 [Debug] NB 51216 nbpem 116 PID:5296 TID:5440 File ID:116 [[V-1-38 Unable to load localization resource for the requested language. Locale=English_United States.1252; TextId=183; DefaultMsg=]] 3 [PemTask::registerTaskCompleteInterface] (ID:00000000019CE678 CTX:00000000019A41A8) Callback ID:0000000001915FE8, parameter 0000000000000000, phase 0 register with task(PemTask.cpp:605)

3/28/2017 19:04:32.843 [Debug] NB 51216 nbpem 116 PID:5296 TID:5440 File ID:116 [[V-1-38 Unable to load localization resource for the requested language. Locale=English_United States.1252; TextId=183; DefaultMsg=]] 4 [PemTask::linkToHandler] (ID:00000000019CE678 CTX:00000000019A41A8) Job Completion Task Handler linked to task(PemTask.cpp:702)

No quick finds online. It's not limiting my ability to view information in the logs, but definitely makes it laborious and bulky, and was hoping for cleaner messages for use in some training.

Have someone looking at it support, but putting it out there in case someone has seen it, and so I can later let you know what gives.

Does your server have any other than English laguages\keyboard layouts installed? I think I've seen such messages on servers with additional locales installed.

FYI, this is also on a Windows 2008 R2 Enterprise system running NetBackup 8.0 client (as well as the Windows 2012 server for the master and media servers with the same issues).

I would almost expect multiple keyboard/localizations on this system since it is a lab machine that is used globally, however, in checking under Region and Language > Text Services and Input Language > General tab, under Installed services where it shows the input languages, I only see English (United States) as a keyboard for the system. The Language Bar setting is to show Docked in the taskbar, however I don't see any language box showing up down there, so I'm assuming that there are no other keyboard types installed on the system.

If I got through and try to "uninstall display languages" on the system, it shows that only English is currently installed.

Unless you can think of something or somewhere else I should check?

I saw such messages on media server with extra language on it but you've checked everywhere. It's better to open a case with Veritas
