Hello. I've encountered problem with granular AD backup from new Windows Server 2019.
Info bpbrm (pid=1770) from client srvdc029: TRV - Granular processing failed!
Error bpbrm (pid=1770) from client srvdc029: ERR - Error encountered while attempting to get additional files for System State:\
I've followed all requirements from Administration Guides for Active Directory granular NetBackup
backups and recovery, but still get status 1. Old AD backups without any issue, so I'm sure that policy is configured correctly. All settings about VSS in client configuration are correct as well.
Is there anything that I'm missing? Thanks in advance!

When job details shows bpbrm reporting an error from the client, find the error in the client log. In this case, check the bpbkar log.
If you find an error calling the Microsoft Jet API, we have an EEB that will help.
