Hi
I am trying to connect to my EVA Disk Array, I have test the connection using SSSU,

I can logon on the software using localhost as the manager, OK

When I use the LS Cell I see my 2 EVAs.

I know understand what I am doing wrong under Netbackup,
For the Disk Array Host, I have used localhost, SAREVA8000a-1, IP Address.

I have type in the same userid and password that I used for testing the connection using SSSU.

but when I do the NBSHAREDDISK LIST command it see nothing.

Can you help

Thanks in advance

NBU version?
Seems you are using Windows Master and/or Media server - which 'flavour'?
NBU license on server?
Are you trying to set up hardware/array snapshots or Advanced/Shared disk?
