Please try and explain what exactly you are looking for.
Network connectivity needs forward and reverse hostname lookup as well as port connectivity in both directions.
bptestbpcd will help, as well as bpclntcmd. See
http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH27430 and
http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH136090
Please help us understand what you need as far as SAN connectivity to client is concerned:
VMware?
SAN Client?
SAN Media server?
Something else?
Or maybe you need to know if transfer is SAN or LAN?
Please help us to understand....

hi, Hongmo kim 2,
If you use SAN transfer mode, you'll find following similar message in job detail. Or use LAN.
06/21/2014 13:57:01 - Opening Fibre Transport connection, Backup Id: xxx_1403330198
thanks

We still don't know hich type of client you are asking about:
VMware?
SAN Client?
SAN Media server?
Please tell us what was done in your environment to ensure SAN connectivity/transport.

Look at the switch traffic load on the port/s in question when your backup is active and when not active : there will be a plateau as the data transfer happens and it will drop before and after.Or you can believe the msgs as walker_yang stated.
