First is to check if this OS is supported - I am doing this on sort.veritas.com
at NetBackup Operating System Compatibility Checker
Looks like this is supported. Binaries are available in NetBackup_8.3.0.2_CLIENTS2.tar.gz
which can be downloaded from https://www.veritas.com/content/support/en_US/downloads
