to backup Windows you need to select MS-Windows policy type, in order to backup Linux OS you need to select Standard policy type. The best would be to also setup BMR in your NBU domain - to ease and speed up recovery of OSes.
The logs you did provide does not mean that these file systems were not backed up, it is only telling that it is the other filesysmtem than the currently backed up - please check this out on Backup, Archive and Restore - you will see everything there being backed up.
Please bare in mind that when you do ALL_LOCAL_DRIVES directive that then Cross Mount Point on the attributes tab should be not checked.
