How to change schedule window start time and end time in policy

Hi,

Got a query on an issue I am facing.

I am making changes in schedules of policy, most of the policy backups are starting at same time and it is creating load on media server and backups are failing. I have adjusted all the days, I just need to know how to change schedule window start time and end time through cmd line.

for example I am running daily backup start time 20:00:00 end time 06:00:00 but I want to change both start time and end time, how to make changes through cmd line.

Thanks,

Abaig.

Had a similar query a few months back.

If you need to do this from the command line then you need to use the bpplschedrep command - see this post:

https://www-secure.symantec.com/connect/forums/bpplschedrep-command

- you essentially change the start time & the duration of the backup window.
