I have policy with monthly schedule. Monthly schedule is set for last day of the month using the calender schedule type. Today I was observed that the backup was started at 27 July 2017 ; 11 PM.

I want to check the reason why the backup was started at 11 PM today while it is not schedule for today. which logs I want to check in the netbackup server? Please help me to find the cause of the same.

Thanks
Puneet Dixit

You can use nbauditreport.
First try the command without any options.

The command usage will give you more options - such as date range.

If you don't mind, please show us your policy config.
Sometimes our own view of what a schedule should do is not the same as NBU sees it.
bppllist <policy-name> -U
