How to enable bpbkar log

I have some issues with incremental backups for Exchange Server. As, I'm new with Netbackup, How to enable bpbkar logs?

My NBU server is W2K3

In the exchange server (client); Create folder "bpbkar" under <install path>\netbackup\logs
