Would need the OP to confirm this one way or the other, but I initially read this as a requirement to exclude a specific date from a backups' schedule via command line (on Windows) - but I could be totally mistaken!!

If so, look at using the bpplschedrep command:

You can set exclude date by bpplschdrep command as below.

bpplschedrep <policy_name> <schedule_name> -excl <mm/dd/yyyy>
