How to get rid of config dialog

I had to reinstall the windows remote admin console on my pc.

Now every time I start up the console it comes up with the splash screen asking me to do the initial config of NB.

I tried going through it and canceling out of each section but it still comes up.

Does anybody know what file to remove or how to stop it from asking to config NB every time I start it?

Took a bit of digging, but I'm not sure if this is applicable?

What's the O/S of your PC? The following posts both use the annoying "run as administrator" initially so as to set the flag as being configured:

Make sure RunGettingStarted value is 0

Do not have Assistant or RunGettingStarted in my registry  so I had to create it.

So giveing Andy the solution as his links showed how to create it and  that worked.
