How to install MongoDB plugin on windows server

Hello all,

1)My NetBackup vesion: 8.2 Operating System : windows server 2019

2)Client Operating System : windows server 2019 MongoDB version :4.3.6

I want to install MongoDB plugin on windows server,but I can't Run the installer.

How to solve this problem?

Have you checked the MongoDB Admin Guide :

See Pre-reqs on page 16:

■ NetBackup supports the MongoDB clusters that are configured or installed on RHEL and SUSE operating systems.

Page 21:

Operating system and platform compatibility
With this release, RHEL and SUSE platforms are supported for MongoDB clusters and NetBackup backup hosts.

So, unfortunately no Windows support.
