hello

do you have any snapshots of the LUNs used by this master? 
As w/o NBU catalog it might be mission impossible...

Somethings can be pulled out from OpsCenter... but this will be rather manual work...

As Quebec correctly stated, you have an issue ...

With no catalog backup you have no way to restore the details of what is backed up (the catalog).

The only option (if no snapshot) is to set it all back up manually and import the images by running phase1/ 2.
This can be a massively time-consuming task - human input is minimal, the problem is the time to read the backups.

Phase 1 is pretty quick, phase 2 is approximately the time the backup took to run.

If the images are on MSDP you have an additional issue as that has to all be set up first ( https://www.veritas.com/support/en_US/article.100049485 )and very often the msdp credentials are unknown, although there is a TN for this: https://www.veritas.com/support/en_US/article.100038891
