How to resolve status code 13's and 58's in Netbackup 6.5.3 version.

Hi Backup Ninja's .

Currently in my environment we are having Baxckup failures with status code 13's and 58's in amout of 20 per day .Please some one send me the prisious tips to fix the status code 13's and 58's .

We are using Netbackup version is 6.5.3 .

for status code 58's :

1 .we added the host entirs under host properties ad set the following parameters.

bpclient -client $i -add -M < master name > 
bpclient -update -client $i -connect_options 2 0 0

2 . Is there anything we need to take action to fix status code 58's .( we have bulk failures .
3 . If possible please provide any scipts to fix at a time ..

Please send me your views .

I would log on to the client and
1. create entry in the local hosts file for the master and ALL media servers.
2. stop netbackup service
3. regedit the servers listing making sure the master is listed first
4. ensure the client name in the registry is correct
5. start netbackup serfice
6 test ping and then telnet to the master and media servers.
7. check static routes

I would log on the master and media servers
1. check name resolution for client (local hosts entry or DNS)
2. test ping and telnet to the client on netbackup port
3. use bptestbpcd

Thaks for your tips  and now we have successfull backups on status code 58 . But Still we are having failures with status Code 13. Please Suggest How can I overcome Status code 13's .
