I have assign 132 gb lun from stoarge. and mounted it.
Eg: /dev/dsk/c0t0d0s0 mounted on /mnt ----132GB
Now i want to take raw disk back.
Kindly suggest for taking back up.

You just specify the raw device in the file selection in the policy.
For example.
/devices/pci@1e,600000/pci@0/pci@9/pci@0/scsi@1/sd@0,0:d
Have you checked the Admin Guide for this , it is all explained in there.

I have taken backup using physical path as mentioned above:
/devices/pci@1e,600000/pci@0/pci@9/pci@0/scsi@1/sd@0,0:d
But could you assist me how to restore the raw backup.

what NBU version on master server

is that lun mounted on VM or physical H/W ?? also let us know what OS on this ??

Raw Restore is also documented in Admin Guide I. under the topic 'UNIX raw partitions':
To restore the raw partition, make sure that a device file exists. Also, the partition where the table is restored must be large enough or the results of the restore are unpredictable.
