Please tell me how to work SLP duplication from MSDP to Cloud Storage.

Keep deduplicaton? or not ?

Probably best to have MSDP in Cloud storage as well to enable optimised replication. Anything else will rehydrate data. You will need to check the NBU ports doc to ensure all necessary firewall ports are open.
