Hyper-V individual file restore limit of 2GB?

On page 40 of the NetBackup v7.6 Admin Guide for Hyper-V, there is a section which says:

To restore an individual file that is larger than approximately 2 GB, restore the file to a host that has a NetBackup client. NetBackup for Hyper-V does not currently support restores of large files by means of a shared location on the virtual machine. This file size restriction does not apply to restore of an entire virtual machine.

See “Restoring individual files to a host that has a NetBackup client” on page 46.

1) Does anyone know if this is still true for v7.6.0.4?

2) And whether it's still true for v7.6.1?

There's no 7.6.1 Hyper-V Guide, so everything in the 7.6 Guide SHOULD still apply.

There's also very little in the "NetBackup for Hyper-V operational notes" section of the 7.6.0.4 Release Notes, and definitely nothing about the single file restore size limit:

Symantec NetBackup 7.6.0.4 Release Notes (see pages 49-50)

So my educated guesses, unfortunately, are:

1. Yes
2. Yes
