I am fresher in Symantec Backup please let me the best books to start with backup & restore ,its features , policy , commands etc etc

So that i can know each & every basics of Netbackup

Manuals are good, but there is no replacement for classroom training.

Learning from the manuals only is like trying to learn how to drive a car from a book.

After that, start reading Admin Guide I.
